What's interesting about this story is that it comes from a FOIA request supposedly made a year ago by https://www.revealnews.org, which appears to be a leftist outlet meant to look like an independent alternative news blog. If you look at their website, though, you'll see them pushing all the usual narratives, especially the "rise of hate" meme.
If Q deliberately trolled the cabal with a fake Oswalt tweet, and they responded with this, it is very interesting timing.
There was a very obvious anti AR-15 element to that EMW video too, with selective editing comments highlighted about how ineffective certain protections are against the fearsome AR-15, according to the officers.
