What's interesting about this story is that it comes from a FOIA request supposedly made a year ago by https://www.revealnews.org, which appears to be a leftist outlet meant to look like an independent alternative news blog. If you look at their website, though, you'll see them pushing all the usual narratives, especially the "rise of hate" meme.
If Q deliberately trolled the cabal with a fake Oswalt tweet, and they responded with this, it is very interesting timing.
I'm trying to wrap my head around your premise and I think I get it but that's some pretty pertinent information as to where the video of Welch's arrest is coming from. You would have thought it would have been someone on the Pizzagate side but when you look at the video it is slanted slightly toward the left as if Welch was completely out of touch with his assumptions.
There are some nuances to Welch's behavior that are interesting as well.
