Browse through the archives of Comet Ping Pong's Instagram and you're going to see the #carisjames tag a few times, always opposite a picture of a young child. Without exception. In the first few weeks of PG in 2016 there were a number of efforts to find out who this Caris James was and where she might have been taken from but they went nowhere.

It's not a person: it's shorthand for the CArribean ISland of Little St. JAMES - Epstein's place which we know from the original Q was The Exchange, a global hub for elite child trafficking.

carisjames is just shorthand for "I got this kid from the East Coast network."

Really? We know exactly who Caris is, she's the daughter of Scott Cummings, Alefantis's friend and former co-owner of Squareform who were based out of Pegasus at one time. The only thing we don't know is if the girl is called, for example, 'Caris James Cummings', or if he has tagged them in such a way to suggest Caris and James (I don't recall off the top of my head whether he used that tag in all photos of her or only of the ones with her and him.) What you have suggested is pure speculation.
