Personally, I don't think Ryan looks like the guy in the video staring into the CC security camera posted by ATF. He has not been convicted and proven guilty at this time. So, if this is the same guy, as we are being led to believe, then in every picture of him, he is allegedly wearing the same jacket. The first video pic was from the day of the Comet curtain "fire" (It was not clear from the security video clip if the moving blob of light behind the jacketed suspect was actually an uncontrolled fire. It did not increase in size, nor was there visible smoke. The person in the video wasn't in a hurry to leave and stared straight into the security camera. No firemen witnessed the alleged fire. It was reportedly put out by CPP employee(s) before their arrival. The supposed burned curtain has not been shone to the public, nor has the security video of employees putting out the fire. Did the sprinkler system go off? Smoke detector? Was the curtain fire retardant? I don't recall seeing any CPP customer cell phone vids/pics of people evacuating. Even after a small fire, there is a strong smoke smell that lingers. They were reopened after a day or so. It would be interesting to see CPP's insurance claim for the alleged fire.)

The guy in the jacket was first photographed on January 23, 2019 (day of reported fire.) Currently there are two other sightings of a guy in a jacket (reportedly the jacket looks like the one from Jan. 23). The next one was February 4, when a guy in a jacket (that looked similar to the Jan. 23 sighting) was charged with ASSAULTING AN OFFICER at the Washington monument and was LET GO (!!!!!!!!??????) with a "stay away" order. The next day, the guy in a jacket is seen a THIRD TIME after returning to the forbidden Washington monument on February 5. Even though the events took place in the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, the jacket-guy is called a "CALIFORNIA MAN." No mention is made regarding his D.C. location. WHY? Did he have any friends, family, or co-workers in D.C.? Why was he there? How long?

January 23 to February 5 is about TWO WEEKS. Where did he live during that time? CALIFORNIA? Wearing the "same" jacket? OR Was he hanging out with that drum beating Native American guy in his Washington Mall teepee? Homeless?
