IMHO, pizzagate is a more valuable term, because it sticks to their shoe like a turd they can't get rid of. It encapsulates not only all of "pedogate" but all of the denial and censorship that was created to cover up the shit we found in Podesta's emails, Alefantis' Instagram, and Hillary's corrupt Haitian operations. As a title of infamy, "Pizzagate" reigns supreme. We wear it proudly.

I agree with this, the term should be used in perpetuity because of that very reason, it sticks in their craw like a thorn.

The two terms have become mutually interchangeable.
