What's up with the new subdomains at www.cometpingpong.com? (pizzagate)

One of our lurkers just noticed that cometpingpong.com created 14 subdomains as of January 3, 2019. The following is copied from his message to me.

One of the subdomain was called voatsucks.cometpingpong.com. But all those subdomains get redirected to its main domain, which is cometpingpong.com. The pastebin contains a complete list of IP addresses that this website has being through. Coincidentally, bucksfishingandcamping.com and cometpingpong.com shared the same backend server earlier on.

Just something that might be of interest to you. I found this info while digging into other fake news domains.

@walnutsaucegoat is right about one thing. I tried it. I typed

www.lalalala.cometpingpong.com and it redirected to www.cometpingpong.com

www.whatever.cometpingpong did the same.

www.voat.cometpingpong.com did the same.

Somebody might have tricked you @vindicator

Ok. Explain why anything you type in front of of cometpingpong redirects straight to their site? I don't know if you got fooled or not, I don't. Considering that you can anything you want and it still redirects to cometpingpong.com, I would say the chances are fairly good that somebody was spoofing you. It doesn't surprise me that you can't see the possibility though, it really doesn't. :)
