The little kid is being allowed to dress and act like a provocative, sexy 40-year-old. If he wants to dress like a girl, so be it, dress like a fairy princess or something age-appropriate. It's the overt sexuality of him that's inappropriate. Being exposed to so much sexuality, nudity, fetishism is grooming and is abuse in itself. I think the mother is living vicariously through him.
