What does this actually mean, though? Is this actually "back up"? The only actual evidence is the title of this post which isn't enough in my book otherwise I would go and do another hidden directory search. It would definitely show up, no?

Don’t have any great answers to all great questions. Taking post down soon...Search Voat didn’t yield much in way of determining if we believed original hack in first place. Lots of shilling.
