Donna Butterworth passed away a few days ago, if the name doesn't ring a bell don't worry, it didn't for me either. She was a child actor that co-starred w/ Elvis in a movie called 'Paradise, Hawaiian Style', a film that has more than a couple cringe worthy songs featuring Elvis.

Here is 'Queenie Wahine's Papaya', where Butterworth's character is clearly identified as Queenie Wahine.

Here are two more Elvis numbers that include very young girls and very suggestive lyrics:

Butterworth was in another film with an obvious title >> ' Family Jewels' w/ Jerry Lewis > A story about a young orphaned heiress that has to choose to live with one of 6 Uncles, all played by Lewis. 0_o

Lastly, Butterworth was on the one and only episode of 'The Ronnie Howard Show', which was full of very young children in sexualized dance numbers and partaking in skits reminiscent of the Baby Burlesque crypto-pedo shorts from the 1930's, which included Shirley Temple.

I wonder what do those shapes behind Butterworth represent?
