Every time I see a Luciferian say anything to do with the name Frank; it is a high probability they are referring to Jacob Frank the Jewish Kabbalist Luciferian Messiah and reincarnation of Shabbatai Zevi. As in Spacey's saying "Let me be like Jacob Frank, who engaged in all forms of depravity".
Just FYI- Frank Is his characters name in house of cards.... I mean, that could be why his name was Frank (Francis underwood.) in house of cards... But "Let me be frank" Is regarding house of cards.
Although everything has multiple meanings so it very well could be both..
