As the title suggests, the Journal Sexuality and Culture is to publish an article written by pro child rape activist, convicted child pornographer and former chairman of the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) Tom O'Carroll stating that children can consent to sex with adults, that paedophilia is a sexual orientation and suppression of child sexuality is patriarchal oppression.
