The strangest thing I take from this is the line "I would very much like to speak to the person at the FBI that is leading the Pizzagate investigation."
This is March 2017. We've had the gunmen and numerous news outlets debunking the story has a fake conspiracy theory full of baseless accusations. Why would the FBI be investigating it? She wants to know how they can protect themselves but really thats simple. If they're being harassed in anyway, pass the evidence onto the local police.
It's as if this person is putting feelers out to find out what the FBI are up to. Find out what avenues they're exploring and then report back to Alefantis.
Look at the redaction codes on the right side. Every time they censor something, they have to give a reason. This particular redaction is given as B6.
(b)(6) personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy
So in other words, this information getting out would be embarrassing to someone. Didn't they just make that illegal? It is supposed to be released in full unless it is a matter of national security.
