This is usual practice in BDSM clubs. Despite I've seen people getting whipped in shady basements and whatnot, I've never seen kids running around in there or other hints of illegal activity even though they have strict policies on phones.

Regardless of whether or not this post broke any rule or who the submitter is, this find is disturbing. I did some digging, and this was most likely a performance by Desmond, a child drag queen.
