This is at the Vatican today or yesterday. A little boy runs up on stage and goes running around. And joined by a little girl. This whole video gave me the creeps.

Nothing popped out at first pass, but given the Vatican Hall and its symbolism (serpent), this is way beyond a coincidence.

Is this a signal? Is something about to happen?

Would be nice if it was, as OP suggests, a message to Francis and/or a signal to white hats regarding justice in store for the abused deaf children.

The panda shirt noticed by NOMOCHOMO is also an odd "coincidence" or possible message.
