Does this widely used photo of caravan at Mexico border show child trafficking in action? (pizzagate)

Some odd/suspicious details:

"Mother" wearing Elsa t-shirt (several sizes too small) - signal to potential customers?

"Mother" bears no physical resemblance to children

"Mother's" rough grip of child's wrist in both photos - distinctly unmaternal (although what kind of mother drags her young children 2000 miles across Central America)

Child aged at least 4 or 5 wearing diapers

Child's fingers stuck in wiffle ball - some form of punishment?

"Mother" wearing orange wristband (but not children)

why would a child that old be wearing a daiper ? child looks very distressed and it has been said that building the wall will all but eliminate child trafficking at the border
