Kill room at Pegasus: It's my belief that there wasn't actually a 'kill room', not as alluded to at least. The original walk-in cooler photo that spurned the name 'kill room' is not located at Pegasus; that is something that belongs to a restaurant. Which restaurant? I don't know, but nothing like that existed at Pegasus. Pegasus has been remodeled since the old photo's showing construction going on (remember the men staring at the hole in the ground?). The upstairs looks like it is being used as an apartment and/or a small gallery space of some kind. Downstairs is being used as a workshop. I don't know about the end bit that had the rolling mezzanine and metal stairs, but I'd guess that has been remodeled too.
Scott Cummings now lives in Portland, Oregon and is still doing fabrication work as 'Base Modern'. The other main guy for 'Squareform', the fabrication company that was at one time located at Pegasus, Joe Wills, now lives in San Diego, I believe. Why both of those moved to the other side of the country around the same kind of time (this would have been before Pizzagate broke, by the way) is unknown. There are other people who were involved who still live and work in the DC area.
