I always suspected that Comet Ping Pong was intentionally "loud" with their pedo-themed activities in an effort to keep any attention away from Besta Pizza. (FYI Besta Pizza in latin is "The Beasts Pizza").
In the same way that if you were growing weed in house #1 you would also buy house #2 next door and start breeding skunks. That way if the neighbors ever "caught wind" of the marijuana smell everyone would suspect that house #2 (skunk breeding) was the guilty house. While investigators raid the intentional distraction (skunk house #2) all the guilty parties clean out the REAL crime house (Weed house #1) and make a clean get away. Make sense?
