Great news! This man and his attorney are making the right move at the right moment. It's time to rechallenge the church's claim of sovereign immunity and the ridiculous technical claim that priests aren't employed by the church.

Btw, his attorney's firm released a comprehensive report this week on clergy sexual abuse in the Los Angeles archdiocese that names 309 accused offenders: https://archive.fo/cDUC6

Thank You! I am hoping this lawsuit will be as successful as the one in Pa. with Shapiro at the helm. It seems as this lawyer has the zeal needed to help these Victims. The Record of the Archdiocese is Horrid and the hiding of their priest's sexual abuse crimes.
