"The president of a children's charity in California has been arrested trying to meet up with a 14-year-old girl for sex. 

Bryan Rosenthal, 45, was taken into custody in Vallejo on Tuesday after showing up to the meeting where he was confronted by police officers. 

He had arranged with an undercover agent, who he thought was a 14-year-old girl, to meet up for sex. 

Rosenthal, who is the president of the Cann-I-Dream Foundation, is accused of making similar contact with other kids. 

Cann-I-Dream was founded in 2014. Its vague mission statement is to 'make a better life for our children, thus creating a world full of abundance, love, and hope for our future.' 

The company had deleted its website and social media pages by Thursday."

From your second link, which is an article about what happened at the 2016 meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in San Diego:

"Research presented from the Levi Lab out of Mount Sinai in New York..."

I'm thinking Levi Lab is not associated with Mount Sinai. Instead, though it's poorly worded in the article, it seems to me he's saying that someone from Levi Lab made a presentation at the meeting and presented research from Mount Sinai. There's no mention of Levi Lab at the Mount Sinai website that I can find.

It's puzzling. Rosenthal's Levi Lab doesn't appear to be on a scale of presenting medical research but I think that there's some link because the topics of Cann-I-Dream's video echo Mt. Yes, puzzling. I guess it's possible Rosenthal was presenting himself to the Society as having more scientific chops than he really did and no one checked on his credentials. He could have just been an admirer and wanna be associate of Mt. Sinai's cannabis research program. Hard to know.

...or is he being put forward and directed by some shadowy agency with darker motives that uses blackmailable pervs to do its bidding? The mind naturally wanders in that direction when the apparent "facts" don't add up.

The more I read about Rosenthal's "alma mater" CEDU, the more I think that this child abuse "gulag" produced a lot of traumatized misfits. In 1997 it came out that a contracting psychologist Dr. Burnel Forgey was bringing a convicted child molester (as his "chauffeur") to CENU and the guy had unsupervised contact and access to their records. This at a time when two students went missing and were never found.

" (DOJ) investigators are researching the possibility that serial child molester and child murderer, James Lee Crummel, 65 of San Quentin State Prison, had years of free, unsupervised access to the students at the now defunct CEDU School in Running Springs."

It smacks of a CIA-style mind/behavior control experiment staffed by known psychopaths, and apparently it was the forerunner of many more programs like it.
