Because his life is threatened. A dead mans switch is a bargaining chip where if someone were to die, the information would come out immediately afterwards. The man is protecting his life, you really can't fault him for that. A lot of whistle blowers have dead man switches, it's completely necessary in order to assure no one offs you.
The dead mans switch isn’t merely used to protect ones life. Some information is so horrible it must ideally be released gradually so as to not cause normies to recoil and hide their gazes. At the same, the switch insures if the holder is killed, the killers can’t stop the information.
Pretty terrible that the masses, the sheep, are so under MKULTRA that even if someone were to come out, in a very plan, how-to-do kind of way, and just straight-out admitted everything that goes on. The cults, the pedo rape, the sacrifices, adrenochrome, all of it, the normies would reject this information, and would probably go so far as to say that its some kind of "alt-right conspiracy meant to destroy our precious Democracy." These are people who can't think for themselves and speak almost entirely in buzzwords. I feel like we're at that point. The damn Pope himself could admit to the whole thing, and people would still say "there's no way that could be true." Most people refuse to even THINK about this kind of stuff, much less entertain the notion that its actually going on.
Well hopefully the switch never has to be activated under circumstances of death, but I would like to know the info he's sitting on. Above everything else, the people they abused know who they are and I think people are feeling much more comfortable about coming forward. Did you see that video of the deaf people that were abused in the home for deaf kids by the Catholic bishop?
