it's difficult to encapsulate the meaning of it in words but the main thing I hope, is that it gives you a sense of relief after what was problem the truest experience of hell on earth anyone can experience but with that in mind, someone wise and probably ancient once said - without tears, there can be no rainbow of the soul.
