This is how it's done, people.

Elite Democrat party operator Bill De Blasio had hired jacob Swartz, a young aide with a track record in politics (leader of the Manhattan Young Democrats organization) who was also the con of one of the most powerful democratic party insiders in New York.

So Jacob Schwartz gets caught with some particularly vicious and abhorrent child porn. He was caught red-handed, there's no way for him to get out of the charges in a trial.

One of the "little people" would be likely to get a ten-year sentence in this kind of a case, but the party insiders want this to go away, and one of the most powerful lawyers in New York wants for his son to skate.

So what do they do,

1) the (Democratic party-connected) prosecutor recommends bail

2) the prosecutor doesn't file charges

3) the prosecutor & judge keep granting "continuances" to Jacob Schwartz

. . . and so Jacob Schwartz basically stays out of jail.
