He jerked off in front of people who said it was ok. This is a non story. That chick was looking for attention.

He scared the shit out of them and blocked the door...while this isnt RAPE it certainly cannot be minimized to a non story and move on.If we do that then the goal post of degrees worsening will be moved farther and farther. A creeping sharia of abuse if you will...

We heard different versions apparently. Do you have a source?

I cant remember where it was but I read that the ladies consented to going there he whips it out and does his thing they are nervous but laugh because they ARE nervous and then he jumps in front of them and expresses his concern with what they saw. Not saying he actually kidnapped them or something but it was grody. He could have had consenting adults I think that shock and awe was part of his thing but knew they were not amused so he had remorse of doing it post action. Just too soon for rape jokes imho.

That sounds an awful lot like the chick who fucked Aziz and felt bad the next day and wanted to withdraw consent.

People need to be held accountable and that includes women who make poor decisions.

I am not denying that BOTH parties should apply rigorous honesty and candor to their accusations and be held accountable when not no matter WHICH SIDE!! Idont agree that these girls were quite to the degree of the Aziz accuser they were more like horrified and not assertive enough (nor feeling they needed to be the adult that had to tell another adult how to behave properly) so they laughed nervously as they stood in shock watching an adult that they admired pulling out their shit and wanking. What would you do? What would be your obligation in the situation to do?

Is this a case of rape? I have said no already but does he just walk back into a successful career sans some time and accountability away from it? NO

Exactly. Women nervously laughing when someone makes an outrageous and vulgar request out of the blue is not consent. Louis CK is a comedian. One might expect him to make a vulgar joke, but not to actually whip it out and start masturbating. The victims of these kinds of ambushes think they're dealing with a friendly person and are thrown off guard, unsure of what to make of the behavior. "Is this just a joke gone too far? Am I in danger? How do I get out of this situation without making things worse?" It's common for victims to try to placate their attackers. This is a defense mechanism, not consent. The people who ambush people this way get off on their victims' discomfort. Otherwise, they'd find a clearly willing partner and do it in an appropriate setting, not just whip it out in front of casual acquaintances within two seconds of joking about it and pretend their joke made it a consensual sexual encounter.
