This article doesn't have nearly enough to consider it a smoking gun. It says things like "might have made payments", and "could have been an asset". These imply speculation, and don't really mean anything in terms of evidence.
And I don't see an Intelius search as a smoking gun. I did one on myself and it says I lived somewhere 1000 miles away I've never been in my life. Granted, the employment part might be more accurate. I just don't see enough evidence presented by the article to agree with the accusation.
