She's mentally ill. Watch her earlier videos, she admits to drug and alcohol abuse and mental illnesses (dissociative Identity Disorder, Agoraphobia, self harm etc).

'Programmed' people would NOT know that other people were programmed. The whole point of MKULTRA was to erase people's minds and memories and create a new subject.

She probably was abused in a 'local' form, she does say that her dad abused her, but it's materialized in this mental illness by the looks of things and now she's convinced it was a government program etc.

A dead giveaway (aside from all of the admitted mental illness stuff) is that she calls it MKULTRA. We know that it was renamed in the 70's long before she was even born. If she really was a part of that and somehow was able to remember it, she wouldn't call it MKULTRA, she'd call it whatever codename, or codenames, it was as she was growing up. This is mental illness, the result of real abuse at the hands of her father, and stuff she's read, meeting in the middle and turning into a nightmare.

why couldn't someone younger name it MK Ultra??

Because that's not what it would have been called. Calling it that suggests heavily in favour of her having read up on the notorious MKULTRA and deciding that's what happened to her. Nope, not for me. Abused maybe, but not MKULTRA'd. If you want to see what MKULTRA did to people, see Linda MacDonald's account. I'll give you a hint, she only knew it happened to her thanks to documentation. She didn't know anything else, literally.

well I tried listening to her story but it didn't honestly seem like a legit victim, maybe I'm wrong... but I didn't find her very believable or compelling at all. Hopefully I don't burn in hell for saying so.

She's definitely read a lot of stuff. I mean, your average victim doesn't know the ins and outs and all of the appropriate language like she does. That's acquired knowledge.
