Exactly the plan. These people are sick and twisted and want their pedo cake too. Also wouldn't there be "special rules" (for CIA, mi5&6) for eliminating "security risks" after these children are no longer useful or know too much. Once they are spies these aholes can do whatever they please with them.
I'm glad you posted this. I read about using child spies some time ago, but I had never, ever thought they would dare to use children in contexts of 'sexual child exploitation'. This is evil. But then of course, what to expect from the British government which has always been full of pedos and pedo enablers.
