Just to add to your comment, for sure MKULTRA has continued. When you hear about 'targeted individuals' what do you think that is? I admit, I think some people inside that community are maybe crazy or suffering from some form of mental illness but the majority are not. Jenny Moore, who was, I believe, killed in a hotel room in D.C. also complained about being gang stalked...i.e. targeted. There is, I found out, an infrastructure around it ,including fusion centers and lots and lots of money. In a nut shell, it is mass experimentation on every day citizens and of course, used to discredit whistle blowers like Jenny. Midge Mathis is a personal friend of mine. read her story and have a look at her photos after she has been attacked by directed energy weapons. She is a great great woman. She did nothing wrong, other than she left a very abusive husband who was connected to everyone of importance in Arizona, including McCain. This Camera-Eye, is what I believe MKULTRA morphed into.

Having been dropped into consulting 'gigs' around the beltway...yea I can attest to exposure to horseshit. In any agency there are dedicated, normal every day folks that provide value and truly care. Another former Spook said the same but surmised that there is a contingent of rogue (like top-rank) cancer that does have the power. Is this true? Is it an elaborate business "segment" manged and run by Brennan Types? Look, all of this discussion is so far removed from human potential and data that supports that as a whole, the Earth is doing much better. Life remains life so long as it advances, and we are. The question is, is there a contingent of 'protected class' of pathological morons (careful with mental illness, b\c that has yet to be fully flushed out b\c BigPhara and other forces don't want that issue to be solved...just like cancer) that have at there disposal a PLAYBOOK that is and seems strikingly consistent in all of these stories?
