James Porter, who along with his wife Nicole Pham co-own the Lemon Grass restaurant chains. The couple purchased the 5,300 square foot Morris Mansion situated on five acres on Ketron Island in 2015. James was previously a Pierce County court clerk and used information he obtained through his job to solicit a woman who had been involved in prostitution. He asked her to find him an underage girl he could have sex with as well as hit, whip, and possibly cut with a knife! The woman thankfully reported him to police. He pled guilty and only served a little over a year in prison.

Holy hell....I can't stop thinking about this. Why would someone who owns a chain of restaurants doing well enough to afford a $1,000,000+ home on a private island be working a $40,000 a year job in the county clerk's office?!
...the only possible reason is to use his position to cover up crimes and make records disappear, right?!
I bet you anything that Tina Podlodowski (WA state Dems, former Washington sec of state candidate) is connected to this couple. She helped get a rape charge dropped against one of the king county reps last year & aggressively prevented a resolution against sexual assault from being discussed or voted on at a quarterly wa state dem meeting not too long ago.

I know it's crazy! I'm still digging and checking to make sure it's the same James Porter, but based on his age (50 now) it appears to likely be the same guy.
And here's another kick in the gut- his job as a court clerk was for domestic violence cases!
Maybe Tina needs some digging on her as well!

She is a creepy piece of shit for sure, (I've talked to her twice and both times that intuitive "this is a dangerous person" small voice/gut feeling went nuts) but you won't find anything on her, she's too well connected, Hillary Clinton held a fundraiser at her house type connected I mean. She was a Microsoft exec. She is a power hungry snake & has pulled off some epically evil backstabbing of some of the most sincere progressive activists in the state, but I've given up hope that she will ever get her comeuppance based on what I've seen the wa state dems get away with already.

That's scary that you have had contact with her. If she's that connected there probably won't be much to find on her.

Yeah, I was an idiot and fell for Bernie. I got heavily involved with the Dems for 2 years. The experiences of those two earnest years of work completely destroyed any remaining hope I had in good ever prevailing over evil in this country (or the rest of the world), and DEFINITELY for my state.
Here's the worst to be found: https://www.wethegoverned.com/the-trials-and-tribulations-of-tina-podlodowski-helping-democrats-lose-by-less/

I fell for it too, we all fell for one or another. I have a friend that went off the deep end and now you can't even talk to her. She is a staunch Trump supporter, which I do not fault her for at all, but you can't even discuss politics with her. She gives you a wild eyed look if you even contest anything she says. This has caused a rift in our little group for she can discuss nothing. We must have patience with people that do not understand or feel exactly what we do. I am still finding my wings now too. Be very careful if she is connected to the Clintons, and she now may have your number in her records since you called. My advice - do not call again.

Too late for that lol, they were in person meetings! I even won a small local election in 2016 so now I'm on record as having once been an elected Democrat lol/sob - I sometimes wonder how I'll defend myself if the pitchfork mobs come to round up all the dems if their wider crimes are ever made widely known (something I don't actually think will ever happen based on trying to get local media to cover blatant rigging of the caucus results, the egregious Noel Frame incident I describe below, as well as the criminal hijacking of a nonprofit progressive political org run by a friend, but still...) I squirm uncomfortably knowing you can google my name and get my address from my democratic candidate info with the Secretary of State, but there is nothing I can do except follow the public consciousness, keep living my life as ethically as I know how, and be smart about home security I guess.
Later that same year I was directly & clearly "threatened" (but they would say "warned") with a humiliating public undressing of some deeply personal past issue of mine (which isn't "bad" & I'm not "ashamed of" but would certainly prefer remained private) if I challenged a sitting candidate for a more important position (this is all internal party stuff, not state legislation or anything) and after all I'd seen at that point I didn't see "changing the Democrats from within" to be a worthwhile or winnable battle after Noel Frame (state representative) at the county convention, falsely accused a man I knew of assaulting her at the DNC in Philadelphia to keep him from getting elected King County Chair (he didn't, she later retracted, they saw a mediator & don't talk about it anymore) so I left in disgust.
There are probably less than a dozen good people left working within the wa state Dems, the "progressive takeover" is an illusion, a completely manufactured show, it never happened & never will. I can't imagine it's much different in any other state either.

All the things you mention, Yes, are going on in every state. I and others were at Philly too. What happened there was disgusting and should be immoral. They stole the the candidacy fro Bernie S. But this continues across the country. And they have been placing into power their own choices, not ours. I am in limbo right now as far as party for the parties do not exist, in name only. There is such stealing of votes, people have no clue.

At least you realized it, many don't! Thanks for the link, will check it out.
