Adopted? Where did they get them, through CPS? Where they letting people abuse them? If this is another CPS Fail Story it needs to come out. Where else could they have gotten them, these people would not have enough money to go through an adoption agency.
Exactly. I'll bet they were foster parents first, getting paid by the state, then adopted so they wouldn't have social workers looking over their shoulders as they embarked on whatever the H was going on there.
