I think we should have this here! If video is shown for the the conviction with no chance for error the law should be changed to allow the execution to be televised and carried out immediately.

Yes, it needs to happen everywhere, especially here. The Supreme Court absolutely must revisit this issue. In 2008, it decided 5-4 that death for child rape was unconstitutional. https://www.nytimes.com/2008/06/26/washington/26scotuscnd.html

How old is Ginsberg? Trump has 6 more years! Might even get the ninth circuit to be more in line with reality.

Too old, 85. She'll drag it out as long as possible. Inexplicably, despite falling asleep during a Supreme Court hearing, she's still in place: https://www.wnd.com/2006/03/35058/

The ninth circuit is another story.

https://www.newsmax.com/dwightlschwab/ninth-circuit-court-trump-conservative/2018/04/26/id/856867/

"Long considered the most liberal of the jurisdictions, that may be about to dramatically change. In fact, it could be an entire makeover if the president and Republican-held Senate have their way.

There are seven court seats up for grabs in the next couple of years."

Beyond that, the Ninth needs to be divided in two. It's too big. This has been an issue for a long time: https://www.heritage.org/crime-and-justice/report/no-more-justice-delayed-time-divide-the-ninth-circuit-court-appeals

Lady Lynn Rothschild has her very own orphanage in India. It was a BIRTHDAY GIFT from her powerful banking family husband:

Sir Evelyn de Rothschild gifts wife orphanage in Tamil Nadu on birthday

"A birthday gift worth half a million dollars, but no diamonds or cars. Sir Evelyn de Rothschild, member of the Rothschild banking family and the chairman of NM Rothschild & Sons, its London merchant bank, gifted his American wife Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild an orphanage in Tamil Nadu on her 50th birthday. "I have a great feeling of satisfaction," says a joyous Lynn, who is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Foreign Policy Association." https://www.indiatoday.in/magazine/eyecatchers/story/20060320-sir-evelyn-de-rothschild-gifts-wife-orphanage-in-tamil-nadu-on-birthday-783482-2006-03-20

I didn't know this, thanks for posting. Makes you wonder what happens to the children there. :-/
