Part of grooming by pedos is exposing children to inappropriate sexual situations and vocabulary. Harmon and Adult Swim get off on knowing kids are watching this shit. Good point! Not to take away their responsibility but the chances of these parents coming from a similar background is HIGH. It is one thing to be a positive influence in the community and a block parent however how do you protect these kids from their own family? I guess that is what he state is supposed to be doing :(
