I'll bite. While I understand many of the connections between MONARCH programming and SRA/human sex trafficking, as well as a lot of other programs, in the video, I'm not seeing the direct linkage to Pizzagate.

And I'm a French model. Keep your NSA claims to yourself.

"Sarah" is also a jewish name for the wife of the anti christ, or satan, or Cain, or whatever you want to call it. Look up the name "Sarah" and its history.
