While not confirmed, it has been rumored that "walnut sauce" is possibly code for the pineal gland... others have hypothesized that it could refer to the adrenal gland/adrenochrome.

Either way, unless you are chugging down the MSM Kool-Aid, we all knew from day one that the "walnut sauce" emails were extremely strange.
