Just had a faggot on Reddit cite the James Gunn situation as "proof" that America is worse than the UK for freedom of speech lol... Yeah Gunn got FIRED for 10,000 tweets and a blog where he fantasized and made fun of child rape (among other things). UK arrests people for tweeting out about virtually anything they deem wrongthink.. Big difference. But /u/_constellations_ on reddit is a supreme gentleman lol
But freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say whatever you want and still keep your job.
If the recent CDAN blind is true and is referencing Gunm, the reason Disney actually fired him is because of his recent involvement with child porn, which they knew about.
