The original arrest was made in 2017 and the conviction earlier this year:

Today the DOJ announced Arbaugh's sentence, 23 years in prison followed by a life term of supervised release:

This foolish man is about to find himself crushed in the male hierarchy of modern hellish prison. This is not what God wanted for him. What he did was also not what God wanted for any of those poor little boys. Sometimes I think we'd be more humane if we just put these offenders to death.
