so the media is saying thats the reason, the document in the twitter link above confirms from the police its 'human trafficking' - but that could also mean the definition of human trafficking is so wide now it encompasses strip-club rules breach

Human trafficking now includes what used to be called regular old solicitation or prostitution. They could have been investigating prostitution at that strip club. The cops admit there was a long term investigation going on.
