I've watched Sara Ruth Ashcraft (SRA) for a while and am amazed at her steadfastness, honesty, and openness about the Cabal and satanic ritual abuse (SRA).

Today, she posted about how the "cabal" would drain her and others of spinal fluid for their consumption. It's revolting to think about. Sara was the host and her "parent"/captors were the parasites.

Guilty pleasure. Almost everything I eat is made from raw ingredients - garden, markets, ethnic stores, quality meat. We try to eat nothing processed. Sodas are toxic poison.
