Spacey has 3 new accusers (pizzagate)

When is Spacey going to be arrested? He's a predator and shouldn't be free to walk around in public.

According to the Metropolitan Police ... a man came to them in April claiming he was sexually assaulted in Westminster in 1996. And we're told 2 other men came forward in February with allegations of sexual assault -- one claiming an incident occurred in Gloucester in 2013 and the other in Lambeth in 2008.

We're told, just like the Scotland Yard cases, officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are involved in the 3 news cases.

He's probably walking free because they have no solid evidence. When somebody comes up with solid evidence showing the sexual harassment they will be able to issue an arrest warrant and then dig into his life to see if his other accusers are speaking the truth.

I thought they had enough evidence. I mean, he has just as many accusers as Weinstein, so why arrest one and not the other?

I think he's got more protection than Weinstein. Remember, people like Weinstein's brother and others were glad that they could throw him under the bus. Spacey might have still lots of good friends in the industry and beyond who will protect him.

This could be seeing as pedos are a tighter group because they have to stick by each other more closely in order to survive compared to that of your garden variety womanizing rapist. Spacey and Weinstein, while I'm pretty sure they're both narcissists, Spacey seems to be higher on the psychopathy scale.

For one thing, we are talking about prosecutions in two different countries. All Spacey's accusers so far are in the UK, correct?

I just learned that the UK has no statue of limitations for abuse. Can anyone from the UK confirm? I thought that might be why no prosecution.

Why would 'no statute of limitations' make you believe is the reason for no prosecution? That makes no sense. It's the widest door the law can offer on abuse accusations.

I just learned there is no statue of limitations. I found that out because I was wonder if a statue of limitations was the reason for the older cases.

Good for you! Yeah, a statute of limitations means that there are no limitations meaning you can accuse them without fear of having a cut off date/year.

So hoping this isn't the case. Even medical records showing sexual abuse would prove valuable in court. If only poor Heather O'Rourke's family would've come forward after the doctor revealed what her illness was caused by.

She had a sister that was in acting too. Maybe they were afraid. I have a feeling, that years later her parents must have caught on. I am sure they have heard the whispers.

Maybe, but you'd think that if a parent was afraid for their child, they do all they can to keep them away from the people they believe are harming him or her.

I think they were either way stupid or never thinking what they were Really doing to her. I don't think they dreamed in their wildest dreams. Am I letting them off? Never. But sometimes I have thought about how much more we know than they did about what went on in Hollywood. We have the internet, plus there have been so many more of these cases and people talk now. Years ago, things were kept more under wraps. I think when it hit them, they took their other daughter out. She never made it like Heather. I also thought about how they kind of gave those guys a pass but also have to picture them standing against high price mogul lawyers. Not a chance. Yeah, I often wonder what those parents think about late at night on a very quiet evening, with no one else around. All alone.

Given the medical evidence, either the doctor wasn't completely honest with them or they were in severe denial and/or blinded by money, but this is just my opinion.

totally agree. t could also be all of the above. Most def the doctors are bought. We know this has happened over and over. I am sure the mother wishes she had taken stronger action. Doctor should have lost license for that. Evidently there had to be a monetary exchange for that signature.
