After a year and a half, it suddenly occurred to me that we could enable the ability to search by flair like "New Evidence" and "Swamp Takedown" at https://searchVoat.co very simply by asking submitters whose posts receive a flair to edit the body text to include the name of the flair, since the search engine scrapes the post body for keywords if you enable that option. So, from now on,
Please take a moment to edit your threads to include the name of the flair your post receives whenever you get one.
You can do it for any post that isn't archived. If anyone would care to go through NEW, TOP, and HOT and invite users who received a flair to do so in case they don't see this thread, please jump in and leave comments in their threads! :-) If we work together, we can create a flair search.
As always, please feel free to ping or message mods if you think a submission should be flaired. :-) Also, if you happen to see a flair that needs to be changed to either "Confirmed" or "Debunked", do let us know.
Thanks!

Does anyone ever just search through search engines ? I say this because , I can usually find any old voat post by putting the name of the user (@cc1914) the subject matter , and the word " voat " . It always brings results . If your looking for a conversation you had with someone on voat , you only have to remember a few words of that conversation, the persons username , your user name and the word " voat " . If this is common knowledge, sorry 😁

So you are saying Google searches Comments? This did not used to work (Google was blocking many search results in the early days). Also, it doesn't work for flairs, apparently, which are actually images.
Cc1914, how would you search to find mod comments noting the application of a flair? I just tried it and couldn't get anything recent to pop up.

This popped up by using these search words https://imgur.com/gallery/QvJUEpl Which led me right to this posted 11 hours ago . https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/2610872

Obviously you do not work in the hot Florida sun, otherwise your brain would be as cooked as mine.
