That's why he included DNA testing in his EO. If he can show that human trafficking is happening at the border it makes a nice segue into CF/DNC/HRC sex trafficking.
I think it's a great idea and I hope it passes. Yeah, it'll suck for all the adopted kids or dads whose wife cheated on them but it's time to get a handle on this shit.

I don't think it's in the order, that's just a directive to Congress to pass a solution with certain guidelines.
However sessions has mentioned it.
