Sweet! Who is GARY JOHN BYRNE? Let's find out more! I'm stickying this.

WhiteRabbit44 ago

says the dirty mods who delete people's accounts because they do not agree with them!!!!!!

Vindicator ago

Sorry mate. Mods have no power to delete anyone's account but their own. Try again.

Damn, if an established mod is stickying this then it means it's disinfo.

Too good to be true must be the projected narrative and this sticky tells us more than the censorship on this site.

Is it the same Gary J Byrne who wrote Crisis of Character?

EDIT: And also here's an article about how Secret Service members came out in force to denounce him in regards to his book. Posted on Politico, so you know it's BS.

Not Certain yet, but what's already disheartening is the Judge Paul L Friedman was appointed by none other than Bill Clinton...and yet he is one of those being summoned. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me.

REB_Militia ago

Well I believe the Chief Magistrate is the one who assigns cases to judges, right? There's 4 Magistrate Judges, and the Chief Judge of the DC District Court is an Obama appointee. So the case being assigned to a judge who was appointed by Bill Clinton, one of the people summoned in the case, may not be a mistake, but deliberate to get the thing thrown out...but I'm just speculating here.

If a judge has a conflict of interest, the case doesn't get thrown out, the judge has to recuse themselves.

In this case, what will happen is that the judge won't recuse, and well instead make a transparently ridiculous statement to the effect of "even though one of the defendants in this matter literally gave me this job, it will not in any way affect my ability to be unbiased".

Then the case will move forward, and it will die a quiet death before discovery, because the plaintiff will have died a violent death before discovery which will be ruled a suicide.

As much as I want to smoke the hopium too, I think you both are right.

Judgejewdy ago

Wouldn’t the judge just have to recuse?

REB_Militia ago

I think so, and I think that's the point.
