This does not sound like something a first time offender would do. This crime may be the only legal link to, and the first step in finding the providers of such services in the I-10 Corridor where alleged trafficking camps are being discovered. Finding more out about this perp may open doors to finding child sex services provided in the area to local pervs and possible local elites. This is a real crime, and not simple speculation of a crime, in a current trafficking hot spot. Most certainly the minions of the elites who are allegedly providing child victims worldwide, would be monitoring any such trafficking activity in the whole area. If the I-10 corridor is a heavily used route of trafficking, then low level minions/hirelings would be doing the "finders" type work of procuring and transporting children. This perp is the actual example of what is probably epidemic in the area- So epidemic that it would use two police officers to pose as parents, and not just pimps.
