Where I live, most people don‘t even know Q or care or just get hyped and drop it again. I guess a lot of people don‘t want that much. But this little much is getting smaller and smaller and they getting more and more unhappy with their consuming. Thats the point where they think: "Wait, something is wrong here. I try to point out, where this unhappy comes from (most time it is Television/Internet programming like „Look at the stars and how big and nice the world is and what they can do“).
Especially young people can get easily lost in the internet.
I try to make clear, that this is all Illusion.
I try to lead by example. Educate myself so that I can argue with facts to destroy the programming. (Sounds so harsh). Whenever I get a feeling of an God given ability I try to push that. I try to bring it back to their mind that they count and that we dont have to look how big the world is. God put me into the position where I am and from here I cant safe the Big world but a little one if I point the mistakes out and try to make them better. At every place in this world we can do something good and take care of each other. Instead of looking at people far away, look at people who are near.
And for the rest I believe in praying.

You can. Make a list of all the people you feel like you have wronged, harmed, or affected in a negative way. Contact in person or by phone and admit what you did. Apologize to those people. Ask those people what you need to do to make things right. Its amazing how many people will say "you don't have to do anything, thank you for being real."
