Oh come on, Esoteric. To my knowledge, he never said he was a veteran. That would have been stolen valor. 'Veterans On Patrol' is the group's name, and they openly say that homeless people they've helped in the past joined them. Even calling for more support from non-veterans now.
So everybody knows or can know they're not only veterans.
And I haven't heard any accusations that they only pretend to help homeless vets. It seems they've been doing some good work during the last three years. And they don't accept money.
