Apparently Andy Spade is appalled that his wife's suicide note has been published in the media: Kate Spade's husband says in heartbreaking statement that he is 'appalled' that his wife's suicide note to their 13-year-old daughter has been 'heartlessly shared'

TMZ reported that the note said: "Bea — I have always loved you. This is not your fault. Ask Daddy!"

Kate Spade’s husband has been seen leaving his New York City apartment building in an odd mouse mask. In his first appearance since his wife’s suicide two days ago, Andy Spade disguised his face with the mask of Bernard from the 1977 animated movie, “The Rescuers.” The unusual appearance comes hours after he released a lengthy statement about the death of his wife of 24 years. He also confirmed the 55-year-old handbag designer had battled mental illness.
