Carl Ray Kennedy, registered sex offender in North Carolina, abducted his 7-month old daughter at knifepoint at a Virginia Kwikstop

convenience store.

We lost an immediate family member 12 years ago to a 3rd degree sex offender who was her ex-boyfriend. The county DA screwed up, the cops screwed up, the state police screwed up. The media described it as a "perfect storm" of incompetence and mistakes. We at least got the DA thrown out of his job!

Its a staged news story for promoring an illegal agenda big bad Sessions etc. whether this is a cover story for lodging child trafficking victims or whatever that has to be rooted out
