The swirl is a pretty common petroglyph motif. I would bet that's what they were going for, however, it might be worthwhile to look into the original investors and/or reviews of the community. There might be a connection or it might be a coincidence. I bring this up because it's not a logo unique to a school, so if it's intentionally a pedo thing, then you're talking about some pretty sick shit that involves at least a portion of the community as a whole.
