Personally, I think it's Eva Longoria and her TV Mogul hubby.

Burnett's wife is NOT an A+ actress.

Could very well be. Not sure where you got the idea that the actress referred to is necessarily A+ or that the children the mogul and actress sponsor are necessarily from Central America.
