Levels of MONARCH Programming:
ALPHA. Regarded as "general" or regular programming within the base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. THETA considered to the "psychic" programming. Bloodliners (those coming from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics. I suspect that it is a red herring. Misdirection is a tactic that they still use today. They used the UFO hoaxes to trick the soviets into sending assets away from our spy planes and investigating UFO sittings. We would then assassinate/turn those assets because the sittings were set up as a sting for them.
The problem is that this is old technology, and anyone can use and leverage it. I am suspecting that this may be the case now. Only instead of LSD they are using psychiatric drugs and SRI inhibitors.

Familiarizing yourself may have benefites in recognizing bad actors, but I would recommend not taking up the arts themselves.
