(relevance to pizzagate for newbies, Eric Prince claimed that NYPD had weiners laptop and that it had an 'insurance' folder of dirt on Hillary / Huma Abedin that horrified NYPD staff)

Ok s point 4 in that it CLAIMS: Southern District of NY issues warrant to search and seize from Granite Intelligence laptop and other electronic devices that were transferred to Granite Intelligence by Anthony Weiner, NYPD/SVU execute search warrant seize laptop, cellphone, and other devices used for Twitter, Skype and other digital platforms that were used for "sexting", rape talk, showing the 15 year old victim porn, and having her masturbate for him.

BUT that seems to make an ASSUMPTION that the 26/10 warrant was given to and executed by NYPD

but wasnt it FBI? in late October we have the Washington Post etc running stories that the FBI have the laptop and Hillary's emails

it remains a claim, and not in evidence, that NYPD ever had the laptop in its keeping

I changed it but of course Local law enforcement usually execute Federal Warrants. BTW there was not even a hint or clue or any opublic knowledge of the "arrest" of Weiner" or the search warrant execution. Talk about special treatment....but See I left all of Princes claims out but of course still to this day all the "media reports" are based on "anonymous sources".

in terms of the trail of hard evidence we have in the public sphere to this date, all we can conclude is that Granite had it, then the FBI had it

We have no HARD evidence from any source, claims and speculation aside that the SVU or NYPD ever got to the stage of investigation by which they issued a warrant or were ever in possession of Weiner's hardware
